TERMS:

Net 20 days from the invoice date. Invoice will be mailed or emailed. Shipments will not be made until past due accounts are current. Past due balances are subject to a 1.5% finance charge per month.

SHIPPING:

All orders will be shipped via UPS Ground, unless USPS is requested. Next Day, 2nd Day, C.O.D. and other special handling services are available upon request. Please contact us for details. Large quantity orders will be shipped via Third-Party Trucking.

RETURNS:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and a copy of the original invoice or packing slip. To obtain an RMA number, please contact us at 1•800•452•7837. RMA numbers are valid for 7 business days. Returns without an RMA number will not be approved. 

Special orders or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective.

$50.00 minimum order

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please notify us of any shortages or defects within 10 business days of delivery.
